By accessing or using Kapra Chain services, including our blockchain network, mobile applications, browser extensions, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Kapra Chain provides a decentralized blockchain network with AI-powered validation, validator rewards, and a referral program. Users can participate as validators and earn KAP (native Kapra coin).

3. Validator Responsibilities

• Maintain honest participation in the network
• Not attempt to manipulate or attack the network
• Keep your private keys secure
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Token Economics

KAP is the native utility asset used within the Kapra Chain ecosystem. Token values may fluctuate. We make no guarantees about the future value or utility of KAP.

5. Referral Program

The referral program is subject to the following conditions:

• Referral rewards are distributed automatically upon successful signup
• Abuse of the referral system may result in account suspension
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program

6. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to exploit or attack the network
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse rewards
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Interfering with other users' access to the service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapra Chain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Meta (Facebook / Instagram) developer app

If you use Kapra Labs features that connect to Meta products (including Facebook or Instagram), you also agree to comply with the applicable Meta Platform Terms, Community Standards, and Developer Policies. You must only use such features with accounts and assets you are authorized to manage.
